Wednesday was the day of the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp DVD Launch Party. It was long overdue. I've been meaning to throw a party for all the fab participants of the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp and Slim & Strong for ages and this was the perfect opportunity.
It was a long process to go from shooting the footage to editing to the final product and finally putting it out for sale. I'm happy and proud to offer my clients and everyone interested in a high intensity workout a workout DVD that's unlike anything else on the market. I had done many workout DVDs for years before becoming a trainer myself but the problem was always that I got bored fast and the workouts were too easy after a while. I wanted to create a workout that was a challenge, produced results in just a few sessions and kept the brain interested. So, now it's available for everyone. Give yourself 5 sessions to see a difference in your muscle tone, lift your butt, tighten your abs and firm your thighs. If you haven't seen the trailer, here it is. You can purchase the DVD online at www.brooklynbridgebootcamp.com.
The night was exciting. I really enjoyed seeing so many happy faces from years past and seeing the great energy of people connecting and checking in with each other. We had many sponsors and I'd like to thank them all here:
