Can You Lose 9 lbs in 4 Weeks? You Bet!

The January Slim & Strong session ended on Friday. I was beyond excited to see such a committed bunch of people and the results and pictures speak for themselves:


The biggest loser is Meghana!
Weight loss: 3.6 lbs
Body fat loss: 5%
3.2% of her original weight lost
2.75 lbs of muscle gained
6.4 lbs of pure fat lost

The second prize of 10 boot camp sessions goes to two women who were head to head: Monica and Emily!
Monica signed up for January after taking December off and wanting her pre-holiday body back. Here's what amazing changes she achieved (and wait until you see the pictures!)

Weight loss: 7.4 lbs
Body fat loss: 4.4%
5.7 % of her original weight lost
.1 lbs of muscle lost 
7.3 lbs of pure fat lost
She had signed up her husband for the Detox challenge, which he won, and she made the most of their detox time together by bringing home the second prize. What an amazing team you two are!

The other second prize goes to Emily. This was Emily's first month and she made an amazing start:
Weight loss: 9.2 lbs
Body fat loss: 3%
5.2% of her original weight lost
1.4 lbs of muscle lost (it happens initially but this is a negligible amount and normal)
7.8 lbs of pure fat lost


The third prize goes to Liz for putting on 3.2 lbs of muscle!
