Who's the biggest loser of the February Slim & Strong session?


Yesterday the PM session of Slim & Strong ended. Two gals put in massive dedication to clean eating and the results speak for themselves. Congrats to everyone for a strong month!

The biggest loser is Melissa:
Weight loss: 7 lbs
Body fat loss: 1.8%
4.4 % of her original weight lost
2.3 lbs muscle lost (normal when you first start losing fat. muscle loss will balance out next month)
4.7 lbs of pure fat lost

The second prize of 10 boot camp sessions goes to Flo!
Flo is gearing up for her wedding and dedicated herself to hardcore workouts and clean eating. 
Weight loss: 6.6 lbs
Body fat loss: .9%
4.7 % of her original weight lost
3.5 lbs muscle lost (normal when you first start losing fat. muscle loss will balance out next month)
3.1 lbs of pure fat lost

The third prize of 5 Boot Camp Sessions goes to Kanaka:
Weight lost: 3.2 lbs
Body fat loss: none (most likely Kanaka is retaining water after her long travel and the BF measurement is off)
2.7% of her original weight lost
3.5 lbs of muscle lost (I assume the body fat measurement is off...)
3.1 lbs of pure fat lost
