What's Your Job?


You make a 21-day commitment to yourself to do the following:
* Eliminate all alcohol
* Eliminate all sugar (white, artificial, juices)
* Commit to 3 hours of exercise a week (The Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp DVD or anything you enjoy)
* Take good care of your body by incorporating clean foods designed to detoxify your entire system
* Drink at least 2 liters of water per day
